In accordance with TRAI regulations, all commercial communications in India must be registered on the DLT platform. Users must provide valid Principal Entity IDs and Header IDs for message delivery.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for delays caused by mobile network operators, technical failures outside our control, or scheduled maintenance.

We collect information such as your name, email address, and mobile number during registration. We also store logs of messages sent through our gateway for reporting and compliance purposes.

All payments made to the Finqura Technologies wallet are final. Once credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your SMS credits come with lifetime validity unless specified otherwise in a special promotional offer. They will remain in your account until used.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action if necessary.
